This includes the completion of all associated documents; To complete various reports such as but not limited to scheduling reports, pay reports, budget needs and strategic planning; To communicate with a variety of offsite agencies including First Nation; To communicate with a variety of onsite contractors, sub-contractors and clients to ensure that all policies and procedures are being adhered to; To work closely with the clients Security Head and the clients HSSE personal;  Use and design a variety of Word and Excel documents for the documentation of statistics, investigations and everyday office use; Supervise, mentor and motivate a security force of up to a nineteen uniformed team of security guards in a camp like setting;  To conduct and mentor guards on the proper investigational techniques to ensure all investigations are completed as set out in the Post Orders; To attend Contactor / Client meeting to update security status and ongoing client request for changes; To remain on call after shift and on days off for urgent requests from Scarlet Security and our clients; To ensure that the protection of the client’s property be conducted safety and effectively through constant monitoring of vehicle traffic, foot traffic, vehicle patrols and foot patrols by the guard force; Show more Show less

Since my retirement from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, I have worked in the North West Territories as a Security Officer Lead, Wildlife Monitor Lead and a Lead Dispatcher of the Ingraham Trail Ice Road.
