  Working with CGI's Sprint Facilitators I filmed and delivered a remote Lightning Talk as part of NWG's annual innovation festival. I discussed "How tech can motivate and change community behaviour", using my experience within team GB Underwater Hockey as a case study of how we use wearable tech to train as a squad and ultimately peak fitness for nationals & international tournaments.
