  As supervisor of the first ever new established Appointment Centre, I had shared responsibility of successfully running this department for 11 years. We had a high preforming team of 21 employees handling in excess of 1500 contacts a day. I was responsible for setting goals and meeting deadlines, managing , monitoring and mentoring employees, communicating with management and achieving many new milestones within the department.
