I had the pleasure of working with Loris at Smith Village in Chicago, IL. She is one of the most enthusiastic sales counselors I have ever met. As a committed and caring individual she would walk clients through the CCRC process and followed through with them from Day 1 until Move In Day. Loris, always made sure the residents and their families were comfortable throughout the process of moving in and adjusting. Outside of sales, Loris, was highly involved in marketing, events, and team building. Overall she is an excellent asset to the sales and marketing team at Smith Village.

I am pleased to recommend Loris VanderVelde. Loris was the sales manager for a 570 unit aparment property that underwent an extensive renovation and repositioning. Loris ran the entire sales operation and was in charge of a large sales staff, activities, promotions and the sales floor operation. She was involved in our marketing approach and shaped its strategies over the life of the project. She set policy and procedures for the smooth running of the office during the project including coordination with contract administration, design and construction. She was steadfast at keeping all the owners informed on any plans for future renovation for the property as well. She is an excellent communicator. Needless to say, Loris comes highly recommended for a challenging role with any company as she will make an immediate and significant contribution to the projects she is associated with. Her breadth of experience is quite broad and her attention to detail equally sharp.
