Loris and I have worked together for a few years now and in that team he moved from individual contributor to manager and leader. He has excelled in a few different roles due to his level of passion - he puts all of himself into everything he does, and his ability to take on feedback and apply it to get better at what he does. He has grown so much in a relatively short amount of time and this ability, twinned with his genuine care for the people around him makes him someone who is already working at a very high level, with a very high ceiling to develop in the future as well. One of Loris’ main strengths is his personality and charisma. He is authentic, confident and personable - someone at the center of everything, but his confidence doesn’t bleed into arrogance or ego. He is brave when it comes to throwing himself into bigger challenges but is also diligent and reliable in terms of getting the smaller, less flashy things done. He is ultra-reliable and will always follow through and deliver if he says he is going to do something. It has been a massive pleasure working with Loris and I recommend him highly to his next potential team/organisation.
