Lorie is amazing - plain and simple. She manages a very large portfolio of industrial properties and does it deftly and with authority. Being a woman in a construction oriented trade is never easy- but Lorie does it with a finesse and intelligence few can rival. I have worked on numerous projects for Lorie and all have gone off without a hitch. This is a testament to her knowledge of her properties, her tenants and the process in general. She is easy going and great to work with but can get in there and get things done with the best of them all the while looking like a runway model. She brings a grace and elegance to these projects that is refreshing and infectious to be around. In short- I wish we had a thousand more like her to work for. Lorie is extremely customer oriented and is always looking for ways to improve the tenant-landlord relationship. She facilitates everything from finding property to accommodate a potential lessee's operational needs to renovation of the space to suit to timely maintenance of the property. She has very high standards for the appearance of properties that she manages. Finally, Lorie's ability to make tenants feel like part of Watson Land Company's family is evident through her acts of tenant appreciation. It is a pleasure working with her.
