Lori and I go back to our days at Stevens Pass. So when I relocated to Leavenworth and she came to me with a job opportunity I was confident that it would be a good move for me. I had a strong sales and customer service background but had never worked in Hospitality so I was a bit hesitant at first. Lori assured me that my skills and convictions would be a great fit for Sleeping Lady and she was right. She turned out to be the best mentor that I've had thus far in my career. Lori's vast experience and knowledge of sales and marketing in general, but especially in the outdoor and B Corp driven industries, would be an asset to any company. As a leader, she instills confidence while nurturing personal growth, and sometimes personal restraint, in a manner that has allowed me to expand my skill set and relationships during even the most challenging situations. She is mission driven and passionately stands by not only her team, but her personal integrity, something that I think more people should do.
