Conduct follow-up calls in relation to status of service request performed. * Shop, visit, and compile information for all competing communities and surrounding sub-market in relation to pricing, availability and concessions. Inform Management of findings.* Monitor Internet web-sites for property to ensure accuracy and competitiveness by reviewing competition’s advertising.* Promote property in a positive fashion via internet advertising, Collegiate Housing and Preferred Employer Programs, off-site marketing, resident newsletters, and promotional campaigns. * Plan and attend community activities/events sponsored by the property.* Remain current with regard to Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing Laws* Communicate with residents and co-workers with courtesy to ensure satisfaction and efficient operation of office.
