Northgate continues to build and support an in house marketing department. The goals of the MD and Director of Marketing are to promote business development, drive sales and contribute to company growth and profitability. As DOM, I lead the department, oversee day to day marketing operations, brand development and staffing. In addition manage 1-2 marketing support positions. The Departments responsibilities consist of setting marketing strategy specific to listings, company brand and direct support to each Team/Department. • Responsible for conceptualizing, and executing all marketing projects• Reviews materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding & approves materials for final distribution• Collaborates with marketing peers and senior partners on implementation of business development strategy, best practices and processes• Assists in the preparation of monthly marketing reports, RFP’s and all proposals• Maintains Northgate brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials Calturas Winery & Brewery - Simultaneously while growing the Northgate marketing department developed Calturas brand. 12 month interior design project with architect, all graphics including company logo and any and all marketing collateral. Sole visionary who took project from concept to completion. Calturas closed early summer 2017.
