The students participate in a 4 to 6 week Career Development course, preparing them for interviews, life skills and future employment. Ready4Work Partners with local businesses and has successfully placed more than 1500 ex-offenders in and around Jacksonville. This program has a nearly 90% retention rate within the first year of employment.
