We see over 1000 urgent care patients a month. 3. Exceed national benchmarks on colon cancer screening 4. Embedded sub specialists including geriatrics, diabetology, and pain control. 5. Two major grants - from Harvard Medical School and AHRQ to transform primary care and to use systems engineering to improve transitions of care. 6. Highest Press-Ganey overall scores of academic practices in our area. Currently, we are working on our own dashboard to think about metrics to follow along with improvements to our opioid prescribing and safety.
