Lori has been the Delaware Veterans Home's primary contact for Kronos support/development since 2008. She picked up the ball shortly after our previous consultant moved on. She aggressively pursued results and put the deployment of our Kronos timekeeping system back on track. The results have been very impressive, thus far. The state of Delaware uses a merit promotion system with very complex pay rules to ensure proper compensation for its employees. Lori and her team of programmers have implemented hundreds of these rules and have stayed on-hand to tweak them as they change.
