  I lead and manage operations of 16 clinics in Alberta and Saskatchewan, employing over 480 technologists and staff, 12 Radiology modalities, and a 75-seat Customer Contact Centre. - I drove greater efficiency in shift assignments and shared resources across all sites by transforming a decentralized, clinic-based model to centralize scheduling of all technologists and support staff. - I managed the opening of three new clinics in 2019, 2020, and 2021 in Alberta and Saskatchewan. - As a certified Prosci Change Management trainer, I develop and conduct Change Management education for employees, managers and project sponsors and lead change management efforts on numerous projects. - I sponsored the operational components of the project to transition to a new Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) and guided training for 400+ technologists and support staff. - I built the operations team from scratch - hired, onboarded, trained, mentored and actively manage staff. - I am a Project Sponsor for online booking, assigned to implement and operationalize all components (i.e. technology and workflows) to automate patient examination bookings through the Customer Contact Centre. - I have driven the implementation of multiple efficiencies at the Customer Contact Centre, resulting in significant improvements to the patient and healthcare provider (customer) experience. - I actively participate in meetings and planning sessions as the primary senior operations representative with Alberta Health Services (AHS) and Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). - I responsible for the design and implementation of strategic frameworks, operational and business planning.   I drove strategic priorities and initiatives and supported development of long-term growth plans and non-academic financial goals and directed a team of 13 members supporting various academic program portfolios. I managed all non-academic operations as an active member of the Dean's Administrative Team (DAT), which included Associate Deans and other senior academic and non-academic leaders within the faculty. I oversaw organizational reviews, communicating results to top management and developing strategies based on these results. I facilitated various projects at the program level. - I spearheaded the first Stackable Master of Nursing Certificate Program in Canada, designed to permit nurses to continue to practice while pursuing individual certificates or a full degree. I was involved in development of individual courses and certificates and designed the pathway for individual certificates to lead to a full graduate degree. - I led the strategic planning process for the Faculty of Nursing, focusing on the creation of new Vision and Mission statements, development of business and research goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in the creation of a 4-year plan for the Faculty. - I implemented new internal controls for equipment purchases, including medical equipment used in the Clinical Simulation and Learning Skills Lab. - I provided regular financial reporting to the Dean and oversight of a subset of endowed funds. - I was a key member of the Community Advisory Council comprised of senior leaders from various healthcare organizations (such as AHS, Covenant Health, and Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre (now Calgary and Area Child Advocacy Centre)), advising on key initiatives and raising the profile of Faculty within Calgary and the surrounding area. I monitored and evaluated the effectiveness of systems, policies, processes, and practices. - I facilitated change management and process design / redesign workshops across medical departments and programs utilizing Prosci and Rummler-Brache methodologies.- I project managed the London Medical Innovation & Commercialization Network (LMICN), a $58.5M citywide, cross-discipline partnership focused on initiation, validation, translation, and commercialization of medical research and discoveries into market-ready healthcare solutions designed to generate employment, investment, and prosperity.- I led the "OneForm" project, along with other team members, to implement an enterprise-wide application to manage all aspects of staff recruiting, hiring, and the talent management process, resulting in a unique fully automated solution for faculty.- I was an integral member of a working group charged with the redesign of the staff hiring process within the School, resulting in project annual cost saving of $630K.
