  As the Program Director for the Geneva Foundation, I oversaw the daily operations of a 24/7 residential agency that served wards of the state ages 17-21. In this role, I hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated over 20 staff members, including case managers, site managers, and direct care staff. I facilitated staff meetings, trainings, clinical meetings, strategic planning, therapeutic treatment planning, and meetings with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). In this role, I also worked toward program expansion and capacity building. Working directly with the Executive Director and served as the liaison between the Board of Directors and the staff.
