  Order Entry is a 3 person operations for the ASI division. We are responsible for entering all production orders for domestic and overseas import cap orders for the ASI division, as well as the blank stock orders. Responsibility also includes proofreading and accuracy. I was an in-house transfer to this position because ASI didn't have time to train a new employee at the time of the transition. I communicate with the in-house customer service reps with different applications available, both domestically and overseas, to help them complete their part of the order process before orders are entered into the system. I have also trained new personnel in other divisions on the systems' order entry side. I have worked and been involved with IT personnel to develop new order entry processes. We are continually changing our processes of entering, so to become more lean. I am very responsive to change and continue to look for improvements to better serve our internal and outside customers.
