A postgraduate experience attending a MSc in Video Game Production, Enterprise and Design at the New Technology Institute (Birmingham City University), with a background in Communication Sciences and Media studies. The nature of the course drives me to input it as "experience": an environment where i learned industry standard production practices putting them into practice, producing both small products (2D tablet mobile project) and large scale projects (PS4 3D Game Demo). This particular experience allowed me to shape my professional persona into a T-skilled individual, with a high level understanding of all the disciplines orbiting around digital entertainment products. This was possible by an approach that allowed students to work as a team toward a goal in a safe environment that would simulate industry practices, deadlines and pressure for delivery, particularly focusing on my side on team management, stakeholders management, outsourcing, QA and usability testing and developing my skills as a producer and studio manager.
