  - Liaise with the consultant to draft and keep up to date all the documentation required by the new European regulation concerning medical devices MDR 2017/745 for every product of the company. - Work closely with R&D department for drafting of technical drawings. - Produce and keep up to date BOMs. - Provide the drafting of user instructions, customer’s leaflets, labels and declarations of conformity according to the MDR requirements. - Liaise with the testing facility laboratory to ensure that the mechanical tests and the draft of the test reports are carried on regularly. - Assist each client for all their enquiries concerning the MDR, also suggesting appropriate packaging amendments to comply with all the specifications. - Verify the feasibility of the customization required by each client, reporting directly to the managing director. - Liaise with the production manager to ensure that each order is dispatched accordingly to client’s needs.

  - Liaise with the sales team to understand client’s business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Discuss with the Lead Engineer the best way to design the product, taking into account possible risks and unforeseeable issues that might occur during welding and assembly - Select in the company database 3D models of existing proprietary lift trucks whose features and characteristics are similar to those of the work-in-progress product at hand - Apply smart feasibility in the design stages, striving to make sure that every component designed will be able to be manufactured internally using existing company equipment and technologies (plasma cutting, press brake, milling and lathe) - Develop the product on SOLIDWORKS through “assembly”, “part”, “sheet metal”, “drawing” and “dxf” environments, under the supervision of the Project Manager - Work with welders, CNC operators and assemblers to identify and solve problems that occur in the production stages - Keep the archives updated with the latest documentation, in order to provide useful references for future projects
