I perform accounting duties such as: managing Eurodad's general and analytical accounts; collecting, recording and filing invoices, obtaining approval for payment, preparing payments, sending proofs of payment; recording costs, income, bank and credit card statements in the accounting system (BOB 50 software); monitoring bank accounts for funds received and confirming receipt as required; verifying and filing supporting documents ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations and donor requirements. Procurement duties such as: provide support to ensure that all procurement is carried out following Eurodad policy and the policies of the various donors, as well as prepare a detailed procurement plan at the start of each new project undertaken by Eurodad; provide support to ensure TORs and contracts are created as required; support Eurodad's partners in matters relating to compliance of procurement policies; manage Eurodad's existing contracts, checking their drafting, expiry and achievement of the economic limit. Human Resources Administration tasks such as: supporting the HR Manager with any administrative needs, such as preparation of pay slips, timesheets, per diem requests, etc. Financial management tasks such as: providing support in the collection and verification of financial supporting documents from project partners as required; providing support in the preparation of financial reports from Eurodad's accounts and/or financial reports submitted by project partners; providing assistance in the preparation of Eurodad's supporting documents for auditors or project managers.
