  During my last year of high school I had the opportunity to join an international project sponsored by the European Union, it was called "Erasmus+" and five schools from different European cities participated at the project. In order to join this project there was quite a strict selection based on grades, English skills and a motivational letter. Thus, thanks to this project I had the priceless opportunity to spend a period of time in Gand, Belgium and following some of their lectures in English. Show less

  During my fourth year of high school I had the opportunity to join the pre-selection and then the National selection of the European Youth Parliament (EYP). I participated at this project with a team of people from my high school. During the first part of the project we had to write down a resolution regarding the Next Generation EU. Then the EYP members evaluated our work and decided that it was good enough to let us participate at the National selection, during which 150 people from all around Italy were divided in committees and each one of those commettees was supposed to deal with a single topic, we were also asked to write down a resolution and discusse it in a general assembly, my committee and I had to deal with the problem of terrorism.
