      As a consultant for BH, I am in charge of supporting Sales with the fulfillment of costing requests. I deal with externally procured spare parts – in particular, my main focus is on ex-intercompany spares from our GE partners. My responsibilities include: • Managing my own workload from taking ownership of the tasks in company systems, to closing them once the price is made available. • Issuing RFQs to qualified suppliers. Following up and providing support during the quoting process with technical info and documentation collected from our customers, experts and databases. • Autonomously updating BH database with the costs and other commercial info, which I obtain from quotes received or alternative sources (POs, BAs, estimates, etc.). • Collaborating with Engineering and other experts' teams in order to edit BH systems with a number of updates, from variations to the internal codification system, to technical info provided by suppliers, which needs to be approved and/or registered (e.g. obsolete products, replacements, unconformities, part numbers changes). • Sharing my expertise with different teams alongside and outside the process (e.g. CommOps, experts, Sourcing), so as to find the best solution. • Providing reports on suppliers’ responsiveness.
