As a Global Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm, Signium recently explored how best to enable its growth agenda. Rather than a ‘top down’ approach we decided to engage as many of our Global Partners and Consultants as possible in a collaborative process. After extensive evaluation of various methods, we decided that the best approach was to have in-depth Growth Workshops at our Global Conference in Amsterdam. We spoke to a number of service providers and Loren Duffy was chosen as the facilitator most likely to deliver what we needed. This was a big ask as the Amsterdam meeting had a large and culturally disparate group of Partners and Consultants from around the world. Loren provided superb and passionate engagement; keeping everyone at the conference fully involved and committed across three demanding workshops. Showing a huge depth of knowledge on how diverse global groups think and behave, Loren focused all attendees to deliver both strategic and practical (immediately actionable) outcomes. Loren also brought a very commercial and data-rational lens to our discussions; with an ability to diplomatically debunk and remove some of the invisible barriers to growth that people may have been subconsciously harbouring…..we would have no hesitation in recommending Loren’s services!

Loren supported my team and I on several stages of our transformation journey in the business in Ireland. The first piece of work supported the development of a comprehensive approach to employee engagement in the business. This was fundamental in helping us along the change and transformation path and the work the team developed supported by Loren was adopted as the employee engagement framework across Diageo. The second piece of work was again a creative input directed at individuals and equiping them with a series of tools and perspectives which enabled them to support and continue to develop themselves themselves through a preiod of significant business change. Loren's input on both porgrammes was creative and inspirational and I would certainly use him again on similar programmes.
