  My responsibilities include: Hiring and Training managers for individual kitchen management. Development of Child nutrition Food safety and training programs. Overseeing all child nutrition sites that are under the National child nutrition regulations- helping the site administration and managers get ready for their reviews .Developing ongoing nutritional information to increase knowledge for the kids on all different topic regarding food- . Development of menus for child nutrition/treatment and senior dining. Overseeing human resources for my district- payroll/ terminations/ resolving issues and providing counseling. Overseeing corporate promotional menu incentive program.
