  I am a team member of the offshore wind project. My area of focus is on (floating) offshore wind, specifically the wind energy areas off the coast of California and Oregon. I performed independent research and policy analysis of the regulatory authority of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) as it relates to the offshore wind leasing process and analyzed the variability of nonmonetary credits utilized in the competitive offshore wind lease auction. I produced a 16 page report titled Competitive Offshore Wind Leases on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf: A Review of the Use of Multiple-Factor Auctions and Nonmonetary Credits. Currently engaged in policy analysis and creating a stakeholder engagement plan for the Northern California & Southern Oregon Mission Compatibility and Transmission Infrastructure Assessment Project (RFP-21-701-01).
