eLiberare is building a social movement against human trafficking in Romania, and globally. Understanding the need, creating the resource, empowering the people, filling the gap, co-creating the system change. My role includes developing strategic programs targeting victims, especially minors and young people, developing the training strategy for detecting and referral of cases of human trafficking and delivering trainings for social workers, teachers, labour inspectors, priests on detecting and notifying cases of human trafficking. My work also includes creating new public and private partnerships and public policy recommendations for local and national stakeholders. Show less

The Economic and Social Council is an autonomous tripartite public institution of national interest, set up for the purpose of achieving the dialogue between employers, trade unions and the civil society, and building a climate of stability and social peace. The role of the members of the plenary is to give consultative approval for legislative proposals coming from the Parliament and the Government. The meetings are weekly and the members are expected to contribute with expertise in their filed. Students’ Union from Romania is the largest students’ federation in Romania including 120 students associations in 17 cities. The organisation represents, promotes and defends the rights of Romanian students. Founded in July 2001, it was officially recognised by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Youth and Sports as a trustable partner. Camp Leader

Leader of an international group of 18 youngsters, from 9 different countries, reunited in a camp in the North of France in Leffrinckoucke. In charge with organizing the voluntary work on a daily bases for all 18 volunteers, in order to help on the reconstruction of the Second World War monument “Fort de Dunes”. Maintaining an open dialog between the local authorities, the Association and the 18 volunteers. Stimulate intercultural activities and social networking. Manage the budget allocated for the entire period. This was my first real life leadership position, taking care of a group of 18 people for 3 weeks. Show less
