As a Project Manager, I follow up projects from A to Z, including the creation, elaboration and aftercare. I oversee the coordinating of all the preparations leading up to the event. This makes it necessary for me to be customer- and solution-oriented, creative and have a hands-on mentality. I am also responsible for setting up budgets and following them up. As head of the back office and communications department, it is my responsibility that the communication with customers, employees and press is taken care of at the highest level possible: it must be kind, smooth and spotless. I keep an eye on the client relations, the press relations and the social media communication online as well as offline. Besides that, I make sure that all the contracts for the staff conform with the law.
