The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. The U.S. Embassy in Belgium and the United States Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs selected me for a second time for their leadership program. I interacted online (due to COVID) with American students and exchanged insights with them on leadership issues and current challenges facing our countries.
