During the last two months Lora Lyubenova worked as an intern at WakeupData.. When she started in January, she had no experience with building integrations or optimizing feeds. Two months later, she has become quite skilled in the field, and was able to take charge in building a new series of templates for the WakeupData platform, plus add a Facebook PLA tester to our Product Feed Analyzer. I really think this is a great achievement for such a short period, and I see her as a great candidate since she is a fast learner, and not afraid of taking on a challenge.

I collaborated with Lora on her master thesis, where she examined the influence of national culture on employer attractiveness and employee retention perceptions at Grundfos. During our collaboration, Lora quickly showed a deep understanding of the principles behind employer branding and cultural theory. We have therefore also considered Lora’s results and recommendations, when designing a global employer branding strategy. Personally, Lora has been very pleasant to collaborate with, and she is very business acumen, which made the collaboration very beneficial for Grundfos.
