My firm, Western States Envelope & Label, teamed up with MaryAnn with the beginning implementation of Demand Generation. MaryAnn helped create the communications objectives and beginning targeting strategies that helped us to develop an audience with communication measurement as a number one priority. MaryAnn has many attributes that are outstanding, two of them I will mention specifically. First, MaryAnn is committed to continuously learning and making sure she and her reports are leveraging all the tools available to them. Her knowledge of plan development, demand generation, communication objectives, ongoing optimization approaches, target strategies and other developmental approaches helped us to create the communications measurement plan we so desperately needed. Attribution modeling was part of the process and her work was very impressive. The most important attribute though is the quality of person MaryAnn is. MaryAnn genuinely cares about people and helping those around her flourish; that alone results in making the company she works for more successful. MaryAnn is the type of leader that brings honesty, integrity, dedication, and inspiration to an organization. While these may sound like commonly used words in describing a quality executive, in MaryAnn’s case, she is in the upper 1% when evaluating these qualities. There are very few executives I have met that I would label as inspirational, MaryAnn is on a very short list in this respect. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with, or have MaryAnn work for them, will not only benefit from her skills, but they will also have one of the highest quality people I have ever met on their team!

From Day 1 when MaryAnn joined Oracle I was impressed with her. It wasn’t just her excellent B2B knowledge, but rather her proactive approach to the role, her immediate desire to contribute and her customer-centric mindset. She’s a huge champion and advocate of the client, and feedback from clients whom she did work for was always stellar. I always knew when MaryAnn was tackling a project, I didn’t have to worry about it – it was lock down solid. The majority of the work she did while on the team was running best practice workshops in campaign strategy and design, sales and marketing alignment, demand centers and B2B success accelerators – a wide swath of expertise that she has a firm grasp on and was able to drive clients’ strategies on across all areas. Another attribute that I much appreciated about MaryAnn was her willingness to help out when something was outside her core role – on multiple occasions she pitched in and went above and beyond what she needed to do taking on added responsibility and doing so with a positive attitude, all the while delivering great client results. I enthusiastically recommend her and would hire her again in an instant.
