I had the pleasure to supervise Lone at Radiometer as Global Product Manager for the Point of Care Immunoassays line of business (AQT90) Lone was never missing the opportunity to make herself accountable for tasks , even when out of her comfort zone. She was striving to learn and develop herself continuously. Her sense of responsibility and the willingness to run an extra mile to bring value make her great team player. I regard that period as an accelerated growing time, both as team and as business, and Lone was a substantial part of our success.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lone as part of my Product Line Management team in Getinge IT Solutions. Lone was an integral part of the team and responsible for a 60 mSEK business area within Manual Traceability Solutions globally. Lately Lone was responsible for the development of an overall global service concept for all IT solutions within Getinge Integrated Workflow Solutions. Lone has been working as Product Line Manager with passion and focus in supporting our global Sales and service units in many different countries and cultures with new products and business support. Lone has managed working in solitude due to the nature of the manual traceability business in Getinge, but at the same time a great asset to the global Product Line Management team. Lone was very well liked by peers and colleagues, and always showed that extra drive pushing others to perform. During my time with Lone, she has been efficient, professional, organized and I believe that Lone would be an asset to any department, as she brings a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm to her work. Lone is a very qualified individual, and a pleasure to work with. For further feel free to contact me on Linked In. Søren Stakemann
