  At Westside I gained experience in the food service industry as well as in working for a small business and the many unique struggles that come along with it. Being the only server for months at a time vastly improved my efficiency as well as my ability to handle high-stress/fast paced environments. I also gained some supervisory experience with this job as I trained new hires in their duties and opened and closed the restaurant 6 days a week.
