      • Co-ordinate all aspects of assessment or development centre between External Assessors, BUs and Talent Sourcing Section once assessment centre date is confirmed. • Receive applications for in house and external assessment requests. Ensure all Requests for Assessment are complete and required information is available. Conduct a final check on assessment requests to ensure compliance with company’s and assessment process policy & guidelines.• Identify competencies and levels for each position and submit the same with other relevant information i.e. role profiles, names, and centre schedule to external assessors. • Confirm participants names & centre schedule to concerned BUs, line Managers and Talent Sourcing, communicate centre details to all participants and brief them through email about assessment centre process and activities and reply their inquires, if any. • Ensure all logistics and equipment necessary are arranged for the smooth running of the centre. • Undertake the end to end candidate management process from notification of attendance through to feedback interviews and ensuring candidates’ experience is as stress free as possible. • Arrange for feedback session by external assessors to staff and to concerned BUs and Line Managers. • After each centre, collating all written reports ensures they are kept in a confidential environment, and distributes those reports in a confidential manner to those concerned parties – generally Line Manager, Business Unit Manager, and candidate.• Handle request for assessment of external candidate outside the state of Qatar as and when required and ensure such cases are cost effective. • Prepare weekly in house assessment schedule, distribute schedule to test administrators, ensure they collect required test materials as per schedule and ensure they hand over back the same after tests.• Score in house psychometric tests, prepare reports and distribute to concerned line manager.
