  As an HR Manager i'm responsible for:• Full recruitment such as placing advertisments on external job boards, arranging interviews, making job offers, primary induction for the employees.• HR records keeping (staff hiring, firing, transfer, additional duties combination, duties assignment, week-end work, vacations, signing of employment contracts and amendments thereto, creation of job descriptions).• Employment of foreign high-qualified specialists, signing of employment contracts, obtaining a work visa and a work permit, advising on labour law and migration issues, administrative support to expats.• Invitation letters for foreign colleagues, visa support for local employees.• Development and optimization of the company local regulations.• Organization of trainings for new and existing staff . Arrangement of occupational, electrical, fire safety trainings.• Payroll administration, employees premiums and bonuses calculation.• Social package (trips, cars, telecommunications, insurance, etc.)• Keeping of 1C base, SAP.• Organization of corporate events.
