Lokesh is playing the role of Strategic thinker at the organizational level. He is helping the executives to transform various Programs and Key Initiatives & to take the right decision by generating various reports and analysis. Inception to implementation of Corporate Performance Management System [on Balanced Scorecard methodology] is his forte. As part of this role, he got associated in Campus Cell as Planner/PMO and helped me to build one of the most successful program at Infogain. Based on Balanced Scorecard Methodology he started measuring key health parameters for the program; he tracked and published performance reports at Corporate, BU and Account level, to proliferate utilization of Junior Engineers (JE).
