Dr. Kotamarty Bheemesh Kumar
As a key member of RTLC[Real Time Leadership Center] Lokesh was instrumental in evolving & proliferation of StarTrak ,Corporate Performance System. As part of this role, he got associated in Campus Cell as Planner/PMO and helped me to build one of the most successful program at Infogain. Based on Balanced Scorecard Methodology he started measuring key health parameters for the program; he tracked and published performance reports at Corporate, BU and Account level, to proliferate utilization of Junior Engineers (JE). His ideas were very refreshing and made a logical influence on Project Managers and Technical Leads to induct JE’s. Now the campus cell and campus program is running very efficiently without much interference. Similarly Lokesh has major contributions in other programs at organizational level like - Annual Planning - Leading Key Strategic Initiatives for the organization - Helped setting up Organizational Institutions like PMO, Career Development Program - Process improvements for key Operations Task force like Gross Margin Improvement, Attrition Management, and Pyramid Correction, Performance Linked Variable Pay etc. Overall Lokesh has great experience and knowledge to support Organizational needs at CXO level in fine-tuning the operational efficiency.
