  During the summer break of 2016 I volunteered as an Artist Liaison with SC Productions at the Common People Festival in Oxford. After completing this role as a volunteer, I was invited back for a paid position. I was lucky enough to work both Common People Festival and Bestival in 2018 with two fantastic teams, spending the long weekends catering to the Artists and staff on my assigned stage. Whilst working in this position I was given responsibility of ensuring that; - Each arrived at the stage in good time - Every member of their group had enough refreshments - I was always available to answer any questions and solve any problems - I worked alongside the stage crew to keep things running smoothly and safely - I was always in contact with the rest of the team across the site Working with SC Productions in this position was the highlight of my summer breaks. The invaluable experience I gained has prepared me to be organised yet flexible. I have become confident when interacting with people and a quick problem solver. Being a valuable member of a team is important to me. I strive to support my colleagues and work with them to offer a professional and courteous service. Show less
