Lois came into our lives at a difficult time and helped with the care of my Father - in - law. She very quickly understood where the issues were for us as a family and set about solving the daily issues we had and also recommending various ways of doing things in a better way. At all times she was respectful of everyone's needs and sensitive to how she approached the issues. Lois took a huge weight of my wives shoulders and also gave us a sense of having someone who was responsible , who would take the right actions at the right time if there were problems when we weren't there.
