As part of a small, dynamic team of 3-5 students, led by a student project manager, I've been actively involved in every stage of the development process. Our journey begins with a detailed analysis of the client's needs, where we strive to fully understand their goals, challenges, and the context in which the solution will operate. This critical phase sets the foundation for the project and ensures alignment with the client's expectations. Regular meetings with the clients are essential to maintaining clear communication and adapting to any changes or additional requirements. These interactions not only foster strong client relationships but also allow us to continually refine our approach, ensuring that the project stays on track. The development phase is a collaborative and creative task, guided by the principles of the AGILE method. Working closely with my peers and under the supervision of knowledgeable teachers, we craft tailored solutions that meet the client's needs. Whether it's coding, testing, or troubleshooting, every step is a chance to learn, innovate, and grow. Platform SALTO has provided me with an enriching experience that merges real-world challenges with academic learning. It's a place where teamwork, client engagement, creativity, and continuous learning come together to create value and make a tangible impact.
