Using SolidWorks, designed an uplift table, which is a machine that allows for a commercial low-slope roof specimen to be put under pressure and tested for its strength. Worked in conjunction with operators, engineers and suppliers to provide a labor cost estimate and a material cost estimate for construction of the table. Working in conjunction with Aeschliman Machine, I fabricated and installed the machine in Altenloh Brink & CO.’s manufacturing facility. Created a system in which setup sheets could be easily and efficiently created and organized for the cold forming machines in the manufacturing facility.
