•As the Imaging Services Manager, provide direct leadership oversight for the Radiology Departments for four hospitals located in the eastern Iowa and western Illinois region •Directly oversee the performance and integration of over 70 staff members and provide indirect leadership to 40 additional staff members •Work with Medical Directors and staff to identify and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, initiatives, and training plans •Work with internal and external Departments to identify process improvement opportunities that can wholistically improve the hospital organizational structure and delivery of care •Maintain State, NRDR, and ACR requirements/ accreditations •Partner with external organizations to develop purchase plans for future equipment needs •Prepare and manage the operating and capital budgets, budget variance reports, action plans, quality and safety reports, payroll, and staffing of the four campuses •Managed Human Resources objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policy and procedures •Staff Engagement – oversee ongoing initiatives to promote and improve engagement in the work environment Show less
