  I have been hired at Olympia Sports since October 2012 and have been a Manager Trainee since March 2014. My responsibilities as a Manager Trainee is to help the Manager meet daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas. Doing this by adding on in different departments and giving great customer service most importantly. Other responsibilities include doing markdowns, preventing theft, changing store around doing different looks and layouts for the store.
