Providing health and fitness education, motivation and direction in a variety of forms to all Nexen CNOOC ltd. employees,contractors and students. This summer I will be offering complimentary fitness training programs, weekly circuit workouts, incentive programs, group exercise and individual education/spotting. Part of my job also includes the daily administrative tasks to help run the facility. Everything from new member orientation, paperwork, massage and class payment/registration, cleaning inspections, and interacting with the members. Lastly, I will be working continuously throughout the summer to help improve the facilities economic efficiency while still providing a best in class facility and programs.

Provided Nexen employees and contractors with complimentary fitness programs, free fitness workshops, assisting in leading outdoor boot camp classes as well as assistance with form, spotting or any questions members may have about the Wellness Centre. Also assisted in organizing fundraising events such as the YMCA Spin For String Kids event as well as providing a information booth at the Nexen Benefits fair to help promote fitness and health in the work place.
