  Throughout my career with Millar Cameron, I have had the opportunity to acquire professional recruitment skills focused on senior leadership roles. I intervene mainly on the Francophone market in both Europe and Africa but have however done roles in other areas of the world e.g., Asia. This experience has allowed me to use my French skills on a daily basis whether that be in written or spoken French in order to reinforce relationships with candidates. I have worked alongside various senior consultants in complete autonomy for a variety of recruitment searches for strategic posts. These searches have been carried out over multiple countries such as Cameroon, Angola, Kenya, Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire etc., and for large enterprises that are heavily involved in the business ecosystem on the continent and elsewhere. This role has given me the opportunity to refine my skills and expertise in terms of recruitment : from the beginning of a search, through interviews and qualifications, all the way until the placement of the successful candidate. This post has allowed me to exchange daily with people from different backgrounds and countries giving me the opportunity to learn and better my understanding whether that be culturally, politically, or socially.
