I had the opportunity to work with Loan on a major excavation project in Mobile, Alabama. Loan worked with very well with other coworkers and subcontractors. She was very capable and always did an excellent job. She was an asset on this project and made the task of managing it much less difficult. I would recommend her work to anyone!

As a senior VPDES permit writer, I review and evaluate general and individual permit applications and draft and issue these permits. I also analyze sampling data for permit limits development and compliance coordination. I provide education and outreach to the regulated community and the public. I've been on several Technical Advisory Committees to develop permit regulations. I'm also the liaison to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). As the pretreatment coordinator, I oversee the state’s pretreatment program in the Hampton Roads area, which includes inspecting and auditing the Hampton Roads Sanitation District and Southampton County's pretreatment programs.
