  Working globally with different Viacom channels (Comedy Central, Paramount, Spike, BET, VIVA, MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1) my responsibilities as Senior Presentation Scheduler of the UK/CEE Cluster are the following: Team management: * Point of contact between schedulers and Supervisor; * Train new staff members on the scheduling process and operational workflows within the team; * Train experienced schedulers in depth into new tasks; * Coordinate within the team; * Identify and advise on operational efficiencies within the team and the brand organization; * Improving workflows and processes to contribute to the efficiency and automation Scheduling: * Creating accurate and attractive schedules and ensure that brand- and legal requirements are met; * Ensuring the delivery of correct schedules for UK and CEE brands, according to the legal and brand requirements. Organising correct delivery of all material necessary for the schedules; * Execute on air promotion strategies by tactically scheduling marketing campaigns; * Monitor, prevent and solve technical problems before transmission to ensure flawless play out; * Coordinating graphics for multiple brands; * Trouble shooting of scheduling and on-air related issue Communication / Client Management: * Communicate priorities and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation about the channels; * Building and maintaining relationships globally with other departments and stakeholders Project Management: * Leading or providing operational support to projects; * Managing important events and projects, as live events and channel refreshes On Call: * Acting up On Call out of office hours to solve pre and post tx issues, escalating to other departments and brands when neccessary; * During office hours I do the same for our Australian and New Zealand brands Show less

At lunchtime, I worked in collaboration with the primary school 't Koggeschip, where I accompanied the children to discover and eating a daily, warm and healthy lunch.
