As part of my role reporting to the Operations and Terminals Executive, I manage the operational flows of receipt, processing, handling, storage, and distribution at the Brado Logística terminal in Rondonópolis/MT. Additionally, I oversee the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building assets across all seven operational units at Brado. One of my greatest challenges, given the tight timeline in the area, was leading a team sizing initiative. In just four months, we reduced fixed costs related to personnel by 5% at Rondonópolis/MT. This complex initiative required careful planning and execution, but the results speak for themselves: more than R$ 800.00 in savings and a 44% increase in volume compared to the last two years. I also developed a maintenance strategy for operating assets, reviewed service contracts, defined a strategy focused on the Cotton 2022 harvest, analyzed financial reports, and managed operating budgets. My primary objective is to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while coordinating and continuously communicating performance indicators and service objectives for the entire unit team and key areas of the company. As a results-driven leader, I implemented short, medium, and long-term business plans and strategies to support the development of the unit. I also focused on people development by guiding a team of direct and indirect professionals while supporting the development of innovative solutions and services. One of my proudest achievements was my involvement in constructing a new communication system in the maintenance area. This initiative improved the relationship between the operation and maintenance team by allowing us to align asset availability, control the maintenance schedule and make data-driven decisions using a BI tool. Ultimately, we reduced fixed costs by 20%. Show less

I managed the entire Distribution and Transportation unit at Santos Brasil Logística, overseeing an operational budget of R$ 40M/year. My responsibilities included managing a team of 204 employees, a fleet of 120 tractor trucks, and 205 container semi-trailers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and tax emissions, and implementing actions in line with the area's growth strategy. I reported directly to the CCO and worked on structural projects such as fleet renewal, labor outsourcing, and the implementation of technological tools to improve processes. Here are some of my achievements: I developed and implemented the telemetry project in 100% of the truck fleet at Santos Brasil, creating a platform for data extraction and transformation using IoT technology. This contributed to the truck fleet renewal plan in 2021, improving maintenance variable costs and CO² emission tracking. I led innovation projects in the fleet maintenance area, including the Circular Economy project - Rebuild in House, which created a portfolio of refurbished parts by the maintenance team, resulting in annual savings of ~R$ 500k. Additionally, the Additive Manufacturing project (3D printer) - Printing in House - studied parts with higher recurrence of breakage, proposed remodeling and printing feasibility, and successfully reduced the need for external suppliers. I was responsible for a 74% increase in EBITDA in the Transportation area of Santos Brasil in 2020, achieving above the 100% range of global area targets. I led a project focused on human development called TECH STAFF, in conjunction with Santos Brasil's People & Management team. The project consisted of specific workshops aligned with the hard and soft skills strategy of the area. My role demanded effective leadership and strategic thinking to achieve outstanding results in the transportation area. Show less
