At TLD, we believe that the right kind of education has the power to develop strong, enthusiastic, confident leaders of the future – leaders who are able to lead with their head and heart, leaders who are self-motivated and guided by compassion and integrity. We do not believe that leadership is a title, which you need to wait to be handed to you by someone else. We don’t believe leadership starts at a specific age, in a specific area, or with a specific level of education – leadership is something that can be instilled within every young adult.
