• SELECTION PROCESS - Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the company’s goals and business objectives - Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads - Works as a member of the recruiting team to obtain sufficient numbers of qualified participants for each study - Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses the CVs - Develop and deliver a plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates, and diversity candidates through employer branding, as well as outbound/inbound recruiting tactics - Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates with the targeted time - Interview candidates and provide feedback to immediate superior - Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements - Shall be aware of target and make sure that enough number of candidates will be endorsed to the clients - Shall be in charge of monitoring walk-in applicants and all applicants schedules for interview daily by accomplishing daily report - Responsible in contacting short listed candidates for endorsement to department heads or as needed - Conducts face to face interview, phone interview, and webcam interview - Prepares endorsement letters on time • INVENTORY CANDIDATES - Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions - Maintains an active and updated referral logbook from walk-in applicants everyday • REPORTS - Generates recruitment related reports - Submits reports on time • RECRUITMENT TEAM - Shall be responsible in maintaining a close and proper communication with the Business Development Team and the Recruitment Supervisor in order to update the status of Recruitment and achieve the target on time - Assists the Business Development Team and Recruitment Supervisor in searching for applicants for specialized areas Show less
