The program provided $100m funding to kick start 12 Solar PV Projects. - TNB Malaysia – Strategic Development Plan – Project Manager for the technical team which reviewed and redefined TNB’s Strategic Development plan. TNB currently have a generating portfolio of 11,296MW, with a mix of generating technologies. - Ramu 2 Hydro Power Project PNG – Project Manager that developed and negotiated the PPP transaction for the hydropower station. This plant has the potential to power 750,000 households in one of SE-Asia's the poorest countries. - Project Manager on various Technical Due Diligence roles including - Llewellyn has lead many technical teams in the DD assessment of complex assets. - Renewable Developer Support - Llewellyn has supported a range of developers to advance their projects. Gas to Gove - Plant Modifications Team Assisting the Pacific Aluminium team Llewellyn was part of the team that assessed, scoped and designed the modifications to the Boilers and Calciners to accommodate the possible change from HFO to Gas firing. While on the project Llewellyn managed the Calciner gas modification scope, the site gas reticulation design package, establishment of a suite of Project Management documents for Pre-Feasibility works and the Operational Readiness study, Operational Readiness report and estimate for Pre-Feasibility. The gas reticulation design package was completed and issued for construction.

The PMC team was responsible for consolidating the Bankable Feasibility Study reports, preparing project documents and systems, undertaking the project’s value engineering and implementation of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to achieve the Project’s Financial Close. On this project Llewellyn undertook the role of the PMC Deputy Project Director to represent Worley Parsons on the Joint Venture (JV) and reported into Worley Parsons and the JV Steering Committee. His role included management of the Forecasts, JV accounts, Human Resources requirements, Client Relationship and Strategic Planning.

In this function Llewellyn developed and finalised the CHPP Scope, including commissioning and execution of a range of studies to optimise the CHPP design and operation and Management and definition of Mining, Rail and MIA interfaces. He also played a key role in the development of the project’s systems and management plans.
