  Responsible for defining technology direction and product architecture for JDA’s Retail product suite. Directed RedPrairie’s global API design strategy. This effort involved defining RESTful API standards, constructing consistent API communication architectures, and transforming applications to leverage the new API architecture. Building this API strategy allows RedPrairie’s customers, services organization, and partners to integrate with RedPrairie’s data and business logic on a consistent basis, reduce costs of upgrades, improve performance, and lower frequency of support tickets. Led team of user experience researchers and designers charged with modernizing the look and feel of RedPrairie applications. Working closely with representative customers, consultants, and product development this team was instrumental in developing a scientific approach to designing UI patterns and driving consistent look and feel across the suite of applications.
