1. Curate program and learning participants for pre-Biennale and exhibition programming 2. Lead the integration of the exhibition program with the public program, through working in a highly collaborative and collective manner. 3. Develop strategic community, corporate and arts-based partnerships to build awareness of and connections to the Biennale of Sydney 4. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop cohesive and wholistic organisational messaging and develop program copy for all web and social media channels 5. Manage all onsite programming including; ticketing, logistics, tech and hospitality (catering) 6. Scaffold and differentiate activities for learners of all ages, abilities and cultural backgrounds including, culturally and linguistically diverse and First Nations communities 7. Manage digital programming logistics, including, staffing and set up 8. Lead program assessment, reflection, evaluation and future implementation 9. Manage program budgets and the allocation of resources (material and staffing) 10. Lead the recruitment of contracted workers (educators and production support staff) 11. Create end-of-program/project reports to be distributed across the team 12. Identify possible funding sources and co-write grant applications in collaboration with the Grants and Advocacy Manager 13. Liaise regularly with key stakeholders including, funders (philanthropic, government, council, corporate), partners (community, arts, corporate) and schools (Principals, teachers, students) CAREER HIGHLIGHTS 14. Implemented the Biennale’s first ever pre-Biennale program shifting the responsibility of the Biennale from an organisation that services communities for 3-months a year to one that is on-going and thus can sustain meaningful, long-term partnerships 15. Conceptualised, developed and delivered The Waterhouse public program inclusive of more than 200 public programs and 75 learning experiences across the 13 weeks of rīvus (2022)
