  Workways Australia offers employment assistance to jobseekers through the Job Services Australia Program, which predominately focuses on clients who have been long term unemployed or have significant barriers to employment. As the Administration Assistant I was responsible for managing the reception area within the office, providing administrative support to staff, clients and employers, listing vacancies through various media sites, preparing resumes and cover letters, processing expenditure requests and assist with reverse marketing and job matching clients to vacancies. As a secondment to this position, I also assisted with the high volume recruitment for local power stations providing staff for minor and major shutdowns and outage projects, which included inductions, pre-employment paperwork, access cards, drug and alcohol testing and liaising with multiple Team Leaders to ensure sufficient staff numbers were covered across each section.
